James has worked in business analysis, project management and business improvement for the last 5 years. Prior to that he gained diverse experience as a software developer, systems analyst, boat builder, sales representative and micro business owner over a 13 year period.

James has managed people in a small, family run business and large government departments, in Australia and overseas. He has crewed ocean racing yachts, been dismasted at sea and spent cold, wet, seasick nights doing what has to be done as part of a team.
